Delivery not received:
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we advise you to check with your neighbors or the carrier.
In the event of a package lost by the carrier, we will issue a refund or reship the order after investigation.
Refusal of delivery:
In the event of refusal of delivery, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If the package is irreversible or untraceable, a 25% fee will be applied.
Defective or damaged products:

Address changes:
Any address errors must be reported within one day of placing the order. After this period, HEART SPARKLE cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues.

ARTICLE 9 – Liability of HEART SPARKLE
HEART SPARKLE undertakes to carry out regular checks to verify the functioning and accessibility of the Site. As such, HEART SPARKLE reserves the right to temporarily interrupt access to the Site for maintenance reasons.
